"You can't go back and change the beginning, but you can start where you are and change the ending." - C.S. Lewis

As we begin a new year, I can't help but reflect on the past, where I've been, and how far I've come. Its been a journey, with the last few years being more rocky than I would have liked. Maybe you can relate. Nevertheless, I am still here today; with more perseverance, empathy, strength, and motivation. I've never been good with writing down goals, but more recently I've been setting intentions. Mapping out things I want for my work, my family, my health. Each day we are given a gift, and we can choose how to use that gift. What are your intentions for yourself this year? Maybe its big, like switching jobs or giving up sugar, or something small like implementing a healthy habit such as daily walks, drinking more water, or more pilates, wink wink. Whatever it is, we are here to help support you. I'd love to know what your goals or intentions are for this year, please share if you'd like! One of my intentions for the studio this year is offer a monthly newsletter where we share Studio Information/Updates, Home Exercise videos, Pilates tips and topics, healthy recipes, and more! I hope you find this useful and helpful. Thank you for your continued hard work and support. Heres to another great year of Pilates, Community, Health and Growth!

PILATES TIPS, TOPICS, & EXCERCISES:

This month I'm sharing an exercise video that would be a great addition to your home program: CORE PROGRESSIONS. This video is a simple way to work your core in under 30 min. Start with the basics, and then watch how the movement evolves to challenge you as you get stronger!

Let me know what you think!

See you in the Studio!
