What are the benefits of a membership program?

Ongoing class or appointment reservations (if desired)

How does a monthly membership work?

The credit card you have on file will run on the same date each month. You will then receive an auto-email from MINDBODY letting you know your card has been charged and your sessions are available for booking. You are then able to schedule your available classes within the prepaid 4 week period. (If you have an ongoing appointment you will NOT need to schedule your sessions) For example, if your membership starts on 3/15/21, your card will be charged on 3/15 and you can reserve classes between 3/15 -  4/14/21. Use this link to book, or let us know if we can add you into a class on a regular basis! 

**note occasionally there are 5 weeks between billing dates. When this occurs you can purchase additional single classes at the member rate of $36.

 

 

How do I sign up for a class membership?

Email us at info@morganhillpilates.com or purchase a membership online through mind body, under "contracts"   

 

 

Can I book additional classes during my monthly membership plan?

Of course! If you have a monthly membership, you can purchase single classes for $36ea (discounted from $45) which will automatically be applied at checkout. 

 

If I don’t use all my classes, do my classes rollover into the next month?

Yes. Any unused classes can be used at a future date, but your autobill will not change.  For example, say you have the 4x/month membership, if you only were able to come 3x times in June, the one remaining class will be available for you to use at anytime in the future so you could come 5 times the next month.

 

How do I pause or cancel my class membership?

Email us at info@morganhillpilates.comat least 14 days before your next scheduled billing date. A Pause/suspension on your membership billing must be for a minimum of 2 weeks and must be requested in writing 14 days before your current membership month ends. At the end of the agreeded upon suspension period, autopays will resume. 

 

Can I pay for my membership be check or cash?

Memberships must be auto billed every 4 weeks with a valid credit card on file.

 

Can I share my membership with another person?

We do allow families to share memberships.
