Our monthly memberships offer a flexible, affordable, and convenient way to stay consistent with your Pilates practice while receiving exclusive member benefits:

  • Ongoing class or appointment reservations—no competing for a spot!

  • Easy, auto-billed monthly payments (on the same date each month).

  • Discounted per-session rates (better than single classes or 10-packs).

  • Special member pricing on extra single private or group sessions ($36 vs. $45).

  • 10% off retail merchandise.

  • Class rollover flexibility—missed sessions never go to waste.

  • Complementary scheduling support—we’ll reserve recurring sessions for you!

  • Waitlist access—get automatically added to your preferred class if a spot opens up.

 

📅 How It Works

  • Your credit card on file will be charged on the same date each month, starting from your sign-up date.

  • You’ll receive a confirmation email from MINDBODY when your card is charged and your class credits are added.

  • Schedule your classes within that month period. (If you hold an ongoing reservation, we’ll do the scheduling for you!)

  • Occasionally there may be 5 weeks between billing cycles—if so, you can book extra classes at your discounted member rate of $36.

💡 Example: If your membership starts on 3/15, your billing cycle is 3/15–4/14. Your next charge will be 4/15.

 

🔄 Class Rollover, Skips & Pauses

  • Unused classes? No problem—they roll over and can be used anytime in the future.

  • Need to skip a cycle? You may pause up to 2 billing cycles per year to catch up on unused credits.

  • To pause or cancel, email us at info@morganhillpilates.com  or fill out our membership change form at least 14 days before your next billing date.

    • Membership pauses must be for a minimum of 2 weeks.

    • During a pause, class credits are frozen and unusable until reactivation.

    • All remaining credits expire 6 months after cancellation.

 

🤝 Ongoing Reservation & Waitlist Guidelines

Love your weekly time slot? Let’s help you keep it!

  • Membership holders are eligible for recurring class or private appointment reservations.

  • If you pause your membership, we’ll hold your time for up to 4 weeks—after that, it may be released.

  • If you’re not attending regularly, we may check in with you to reassess your recurring reservation.

  • If your preferred class is full, you can join the waitlist—you’ll be notified automatically if a spot opens.

Can I book extra sessions during the month?
Yes! Members can add single classes for just $36 (regularly $45)—automatically applied at checkout.

Can I share my membership?
Yes! Family members may share a membership.

Can I pay by check or cash?
No. Memberships must be paid via auto-bill with a credit card on file.
