Membership Change Options
We understand that life happens—and your Pilates practice should be flexible enough to support you through it. Below are your options for modifying or adjusting your membership when needed:
⏸ Pause / Hold / Suspension
Your account and membership billing will be frozen during the requested hold dates, and you will not be able to use your session credits or book classes during this time.
Important note: If your membership is on hold for more than 4 weeks, your recurring class reservation will be released to allow space for other clients, unless otherwise discussed.
Best for:

Traveling or on vacation for 2 weeks or longer

Recovering from surgery or medical procedures

Temporary circumstances preventing class attendance
🔁 Skip a Monthly Payment (Available 2x per year)
Your scheduled membership payment will be skipped for one month, but you’ll still be able to use any accrued credits.
Best for:

You’ve accumulated extra session credits

You’re unable to attend regularly and want time to catch up

You need a short-term break without pausing completely
❌ Cancel Membership
You can cancel anytime. When you cancel:

Your ongoing class reservation will be released

All remaining credits are still available and valid for up to 6 months

You’re welcome to attend using class packages or rejoin a membership anytime when ready for a consistent schedule
Best for:

You’re unable to attend classes consistently

You’ve accumulated more than 2 months’ worth of unused credits

You want more flexibility in scheduling and payments
