Class Descriptions and Progression

All Classes will focus on a full body workout utilizing the Pilates concepts of breath, core strength, alignment, and Mindbody connection to assist in improving strength, mobility, and flexibility.​ Our instructors will guide you through which classes they recommend to best support your pilates journey!

🔹 Level 1 – Core Essentials (All level friendly)

Foundational movement for beginners, those returning to Pilates, recovering from injury or anyone wanting to refresh the basics. Focuses on understanding and practicing how and where to initiate movement from. Will experience work on core connection through posture, breath & moving the spine in all directions. Great for building confidence and body awareness. This class will move at a slow to medium pace, allowing you to focus on form while mastering the basic Pilates exercises.

 

Perfect for: New clients, those returning from injury, or anyone seeking a reset.
Pace: Slow and supported
Focus: Breathwork, alignment, core connection and activation, understanding neutral, extension and articulation, and safe equipment use.
You’ll learn: Pilates fundamentals while building strength, body awareness, and confidence.

  • You can maintain core engagement and neutral alignment consistently in all positions.

  • You feel confident with basic transitions and breathing patterns.

  • You’re ready to explore more continuous, flowing sequences.

🔹 Level 1.5 – Align Flow 

A gentle yet engaging flow that emphasizes breath, form, length and movement integration. Align Flow is perfect for clients who want to increase endurance and coordination while reinforcing core foundations. This class introduces simple sequences with smooth transitions, building confidence and body awareness.

Perfect for: Those moving beyond Core Essentials who are ready to explore full body flow and  movement in a supportive setting.
Pace: Gentle and steady
Focus: Core strength, whole body movement, stretch and length, posture and symmetry within the body
You’ll learn: Sequencing basics, transitional movement, and endurance in foundational work

You’re Ready to Level Up When:

  • You can move through sequences with steady control and breath awareness.

  • You’re comfortable maintaining connection and alignment through longer sets without needing external feedback such as instructor guidance

  • You’re eager for added resistance and more dynamic transitions.

🔹 Level 1.5 – Build & Balance 

A steady-paced class focused on developing functional movement patterns that support strength, stability, and mobility in everyday life. This class emphasizes core control, balance training, and coordination—key elements for aging well and moving with confidence at any stage of life.

​Perfect for: Anyone looking to challenge their balance and strength without jumping into faster-paced work.
Pace: Steady and intentional, with time to explore form and control.
Focus: Functional movement patterns, core stability, balance, and coordination.
You’ll learn: Controlled movement patterns, balance work, and strength building strategies

🔹 Level 2 – Progressions (all level friendly)

This class begins with foundational movements and gradually builds in complexity—adding layers of challenge through dynamic sequencing, resistance-based work, and a deeper focus on core endurance, coordination and mind body connection. You can build with the class or practice at the level you need to!

 

Perfect for: Clients who are comfortable with the basics and ready to challenge their strength, coordination, and movement control with more layered exercises, but still like to practice foundations.

Pace: Moderate, with thoughtful transitions and opportunities to build complexity.

Focus: Core endurance, resistance training, and integrating more advanced movement patterns while maintaining alignment and form.

You’ll learn: How to add challenge through progression—layering movement, increasing resistance, and refining technique to prepare for higher-level classes.

You’re Ready to Level Up When:

  • You consistently choose advanced options with confidence and precision.

  • You can maintain control and stability through multi-level transitions with minimal corrections.

  • You’re looking for more endurance, flow, and intermediate level exercises.

🔹 Level 2 – Elevate Flow

Take your practice to the next level with Elevate Flow—a strength-focused, precision-based class for those moving beyond foundational and progression work. This class blends control, resistance, and intentional form and flow to build strength and stability.

Pace: Moderate to brisk and flowing
Focus: Precision, resistance, intentional form 
You’ll learn: Intermediate sequencing and full body integrated exercises, focused core control, and improved coordination, self-modification strategies

You’re Ready to Level Up When:

  • You maintain clean form and steady breath through advanced flows.

  • You’re comfortable with advanced core work, longer sequences and know how to modify based on your current needs.

  • You’re ready for faster transitions and increased resistance.

🔹 Level 2.5 – Dynamic Strength Flow 

A faster-paced, full-body workout for experienced movers. Combines dynamic sequencing, core-driven movement, and advanced strength and stability work. Ideal for clients confident in their Pilates foundation.

  • You can transition seamlessly between strength and balance challenges.

  • You’re confident in handling resistance and advanced classical repertoire.

  • You can work on inversions or know how to modify

Our most advanced offering, featuring classical and contemporary Pilates work including inversions, balance challenges, and precision-driven sequences. For seasoned practitioners ready to refine their technique and push their limits.

Pace: Dynamic and intense
Focus: Classical and contemporary sequences, inversion work, balance challenges
You’ll learn: Advanced Pilates repertoire, self-modification strategies, and elevated body awareness

You’re Ready to Stay & Refine When:

  • You move with confidence, precision, and presence through advanced work.

  • Your curious about connection and movement and wanting to explore your limits
