Core Essentials
Learn and practice the foundational movements of Pilates. Great for beginners or anyone wanting to refresh their foundations.
This class will move at a slow to medium pace, allowing you to focus on form while progressing the basic Pilates exercises, challenging core strength and stability, balance, posture/alignment and coordination of breath.

RESTORE and Align
(Beginning/Intermediate / All Level)
Recenter and find balance in your body with this class. This Pilates flow class is great for anyone who is comfortable on the equipment and has developed an understanding of the fundamental principles of Pilates. It will move at a slow to medium pace, focusing on core strength, whole body stretch and length, posture and symmetry within the body.

Strength and Functional Movements (Beginning/Intermediate / All Level)
This class takes the Pilates principles and helps you build strength and understand how to integrate these movements into your everyday life. Think squatting, bending, twisting, reaching, standing work and balance.

Form and Flow
(Intermediate to Int/adv)
Dive deeper into the Pilates principles by fine tuning and progressing exercises, and adding props to challenge the mind and muscles.
This class will flow at a moderate pace, combining movement patterns and introducing some of the full body Pilates exercises which require a strong understanding and execution of the Pilates principles.
* Modifications/variations can always be provided, however at this level the hope is for you to take initiative and adjust as needed, so as not to take away from the flow of the class.
Sweat and Flow
(Intermediate to Int/adv)
Challenge your Pilates practice with this athletic style class. With an increased pace, and flow you will work your whole body without sacrificing form. Techniques such as higher reps to build endurance and/or multiple sets with progressive load to build strength may be experienced. A strong understanding and execution of the Pilates principles is recommended.

Pilates Progressions
(All level)
Choose your own adventure in this class. We will walk you through foundational exercises and add layers to add challenge, rise up to the challenge, or stay where you're at!
All levels are welcome. In our all level class, we start with basic movement, adding optional layers to increase challenge, which allows you to work where you need to and go at your own pace.

Advanced Concepts
(Intermediate/Advanced)
Explore movement and flow of the more advanced Pilates repertoire, challenging coordination, balance and stability.
Mindbody connection, solid understanding of how the body works required.

Jump Board Interval
(All level)
Get your heart pumping, increasing strength and stamina, with our Jump board Interval training class.
Enjoy a total body Pilates fitness routine incorporating the Jump Board, that will challenge your core and your cardio.
The jump board allows you to experience a jumping motion while lying down, making it easier on your knees and harder on your Core!
