Level 1 - The Basics (Beginning)

This class is great for anyone just starting out with Pilates, or if you want a slower paced class focusing on the basics (core activation and strength, posture, breath, alignment). 


*if you have injuries or conditions that require specialized attention, privates are recommended until you have a strong understanding of how YOUR body moves and what does and doesn’t not work for YOU.

Level 1.5 Basics Progressions (Beginning/Intermediate )

This class is for those who feel comfortable with the equipment and have developed an understanding of the fundamental principles of Pilates. This class will move at a slow to meduim pace, allowing you to focus on form while progressing the basic Pilates exercises and challenging core strength and stability, balance, posture and coordination of breath.

*Modifications and variations can always be provided to customize your workout to your needs

Level 2 Flow (Intermediate)

This class will move at faster pace than the level 1/1.5 class, and dive deeper into the Pilates principles (core strength and stability, breath, coordination, balance, strength and flexibility), by fine tuning and progressing exercises, unilateral work and adding props to challenge the mind and muscles. 

*Modifications and variations can always be provided to customize your workout to your needs

Level 2.5 Flow (Intermediate/Advanced)

This class will flow at a moderate pace, combining movement patterns and introducing some of the more advanced, full body Pilates exercises which require a strong understanding and execution of the Pilates principles (core strength and stability, posture, breath, balance, mind-body connection). 

* Modifications and variations can always be provided, however at this level the hope is for you to take initiative and add the adjustments as needed, so as not to take away from the flow of the class. 

Level 3 Advanced Concepts Flow (Advanced)

Explore movement and flow of the more advanced Pilates repertoire, challenging coordination, balance and stability.


You will be guided through movements but are encouraged to make adjustments to better suit your body.

All Level / Progressions

All levels are welcome. In our mixed level class, we start with basic movement, adding optional layers to increase challenge, which allows you to work where you need to and go at your own pace. 

Jump Board Interval- all level

Get your heart pumping, increasing strength and stamina, with our Jump board Interval training class.


Enjoy a total body Pilates fitness routine incorporating the Jump Board, that will challenge your core and your cardio.


The jump board allows you to experience a jumping motion while lying down, making it easier on your knees and harder on your Core!
