Class Descriptions
All Classes will focus on a full body workout utilizing the Pilates concepts of breath, core strength, alignment, and Mindbody connection to assist in improving strength, mobility, and flexibility.
Where to start:
Core Essentials
All Level/ Beginner Friendly
Learn and practice the foundational movements of Pilates. Great for beginners or anyone wanting to refresh their foundations.
This class will move at a slow to medium pace, allowing you to focus on form while progressing the basic Pilates exercises, challenging core strength and stability, balance, posture/alignment and coordination of breath.
*Modifications and variations can always be provided to customize your workout to your needs
Restore & Align
Beginner Friendly
Recenter and find balance in your body with this class. This Pilates flow class will move at a slow to medium pace, focusing on core strength, whole body stretch and length, posture and symmetry within the body.

Strength & Functional Movements
All Level/ Beginner Friendly
This class takes the Pilates principles and helps you build strength and understand how to integrate these movements into your everyday life. Techniques such as higher reps to build endurance and/or multiple sets with progressive load to build strength may be experienced. Think squatting, bending, twisting, reaching, standing work and balance.

Progressions
All Level
In this class, we start with basic movements, then add in layers to increase challenge. It moves at a moderate pace.

Form & Flow
Intermediate Level
Dive deeper into the Pilates principles by fine tuning and progressing exercises, and adding props to challenge the mind and muscles.
This class will flow at a moderate pace, combining movement patterns and introducing some of the full body Pilates exercises which require a strong understanding and execution of the Pilates principles.
* Modifications/variations can always be provided, however at this level the hope is for you to take initiative and adjust as needed, so as not to take away from the flow of the class.
Jump & Tone
Intermediate Level
Get your heart pumping, increasing strength and stamina, with our Jump board class.
Enjoy a total body Pilates fitness routine incorporating the Jump Board, that will challenge your core and your cardio.
The jump board allows you to experience a jumping motion while lying down, making it easier on your knees and harder on your Core!
Sweat & Flow
Intermediate/Advanced Level
A solid understanding of pilates, how the apparatus works and experience is required.
Challenge your Pilates practice with this athletic style class. With an increased pace and flow you will work your whole body without sacrificing form.
Techniques such as higher reps to build endurance and/or multiple sets with progressive load to build strength may be experienced. A strong understanding and execution of the Pilates principles is required.
* Modifications and variations can always be provided, however at this level the hope is for you to take initiative and add the adjustments as needed, so as not to take away from the flow of the class.
Advanced Concepts
Advanced Level
A solid understanding of pilates, how the apparatus works and experience is required.
This is a flow class that moves at a moderate pace, exploring movements that challenge coordination, balance and stability, while working with the more advanced pilates exercises and concepts.
*not recommended for anyone with injuries/conditions that need special modifications.
* At this level it is expected that you are able modify on your own, so as not to take away from the flow of the class.
