At MORGAN HILL PILATES we believe in whole body health, and use the Pilates method as a guideline to help design a program that is best for YOUR body.  Our mission is to educate, empower and encourage you to move intentionally and freely, no matter your circumstance. Whether you are coming to us with daily aches and pains, recovering from an injury, or just looking to stay fit, Morgan Hill PILATES can help. 

 

With over 10 years of teaching experience, you can trust that our instructors will provide excellent instruction ensuring maximum benefit and safety.  We will educate you on proper posture, alignment and muscle engagement, so you build confidence while achieving the strength, balance, and flexibility needed to feel great and perform your everyday activities with ease.

We offer Private, Semi Private and Group Instruction. Our  group class size is limited to 5 people. Our small class sizes allow our instructors to focus and cater to YOUR needs while closely monitoring exercise precision, safety, and effectiveness. You will leave our studio feeling taller, stronger, and accomplished! 

**We have updated our studio layout and protocols to be consistent with current health guidelines. No more that 6 people (5 clients plus the instructor) will be in the studio at a time.**
