At Morgan Hill Pilates, we are devoted to giving you confidence in your physical abilities as you build strength and expand awareness of just what your body can do. We believe that knowledge in how you exercise and proper ways to move your body outside of class, will empower you to continue doing the things you love for years to come. We believe that each body is unique and honor that as we design a program that fits YOUR individual body. Using over 10 years of experience, we will educate, support and guide you through Pilates based exercises to help restore muscle symmetry, improve posture, increase overall strength and mobility and enhance your mind/body connection. When you work with us, you will learn how to find proper posture, alignment and muscle engagement, so that you can have confidence in your abilities while achieving the strength, balance, and flexibility needed to feel great and perform your everyday activities with ease. With over 10 years of teaching experience, you can trust that our instructors will provide excellent instruction ensuring maximum benefit, and a personalized approach.

We offer Private, Semi Private and Group Instruction. Our group class size is limited to 5 people. Our small class sizes allow our instructors to focus and cater to YOUR needs while closely monitoring exercise precision, well being, and effectiveness. You will leave our studio feeling taller, stronger, and accomplished!
